Finding your username and signing in
Your username is the sign-in name recorded on your account. If you are unsure which one to use, you can request a reminder.
- Open the client login page.
- Select Forgot My Username and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Check the email address associated with your account for the reminder.
- Return to the login page and sign in with your username and password.
Before trying again
Check for extra spaces when copying your username or password. If the password is no longer recognised, use Reset My Password.
Only use Remember me on this computer on a device you trust. Log out when using a shared device.
